Only a word: fantastic. I read without troubles any kind of digital text format, from newspapers to comics, also academic books and job documents, also for a long time, with a reading experience as the real paper, and the vantage of the magnification of the text.
I've also a tablet 10', but it's totally another thing, absolutely unsuitable for reading with its backlighting.
About the store, excellent service.
5/5 stars to both.

1. I just love my M92 ánd this shop. I've bought the reader in januari and since then I use it almost every day for reading and scribbling. And recently I broke the glass and the customer service and the repair was fast and good.

I received the product very fast in Poland. Just 3 days. The product is fantastic to read pdf. I'm using each day to read my technical books.. I have also a kindle
, touch so I can confirm that the quality of the screen is equivalent.: at this time I guess is the best available. New firmware realise is put in the forum mobile reader actually the version is 1.7 RC. So not perfect, but I experienced no problem. The building of the case is also very good, plastic but with a good quality. The stylus supplied is not the best and the replacement it cost practically 30 euro. Definitely too much

If you are considering whether to buy Boox M92, go to online forums and make your educated decision. As any gadget this reader has its pros and cons.

If you are considering whether to buy it from this vendor, my recommendation is - definitely yes. The amount of post-sales support and customer attention i received were unparalleled!

[Italy] Ottimo ereader, arrivato dopo 3 giorni in Italia posso dire di essere soddisfatto del prodotto in sè, tanto quando il customer service, rapido nel gestire la transizione. Credo che l'M92 attualmente sia ul miglior ereader a grande schermo, almeno di quelli che abbiamo in Europa. Il touch funziona bene, è veloce nel cambio pagina quanto un ereader da 6 pollici e lo schermo è nitido, si vede bene. Da una prima impressione generale, per me l'M92 è promosso. Il prezzo è importante, ma dall'anno scorso ad oggi non ho visto cali di prezzo consistenti per quanto riguarda il mercato degli ereader, e comunque attualmente confrontando con altri marchi la fascia di prezzo degli ereader 9,7 è questa.

Customer service from ereader-store.de staff was excellent. Quick and precise answers to the e-mail, fast and safe shipping and one of the best e-shops I've ever utilized (all is clearly stated and it is very easy to get information about your order directly from the website). The shop holder (I suppose) is very active on the mobileread.com forum dedicated to Onyx and it's proving very helpful with all the customers. Top notch: 5/5 stars

The bad side is the reader itself. For the steep price it should do much better right from the start. My device has defective pixels (but this has no side effect in practical use) and the elastic strip holding the Wacom pen broke, in 8 days of light use. Thanks to erader-store excellent customer service this is not going to be much of a problem but I would advise against buying this e-reader and wait until mid-2012 at least, technological evolution is running very fast and I would not have bought it hadn't I had needed it so badly for my dissertation. Note that the reader itself performs well and I think it's among the best options right now, but in my opinion it's just not worth the price, especially when compared with tablets (the screen itself can't justify such an high cost). So, average: 3/5 stars.
